Masaomi is my favourite Asahina member because he's just so sweet. He's always looking out for Wataru and the rest of the family members–basically like a dad except he's not. So, he treats Ema so sweetly and even when they met for the first time, he was extremely kind to her (probably due to Wataru crashing into Ema with his bike whoops) and they're just so adorable together, the oldest and the youngest. Not to mention a 21 year old difference right there. Many actually mistake Masaomi as Wataru's father, including Ema's friend, Mahoko (?). In short, he's just this ball of sweetness who loves sweets and little plush dolls.

At the end of the week on Sunday, she can invite Masaomi out for a date, and they can go to one of the six places (Aquariam, Zoo, Amusement Park, Shopping, Movies or Park if I recall correctly) and Ema can raise Masaomi's love points there by checking the right choices. On the other days, there are family events in which can raise the family stats for Masaomi (If the family stats are low or too high, it's straight to Masaomi's normal route).
So one day, they decide to go to the beach as the family vacation, and she wears this really beautiful swimsuit. Subaru blushes and gives her his parka because it was too revealing, and she ended up going to play with Wataru and bumping into Kaname and Masaomi. Kaname teases her by telling her to take the parka off and Masaomi scolds Kaname for being suggestive in front of Wataru (whoops Kaname). The next night, Masaomi invites her out for hanabi (the kind that kids play with) and they talk about how Masaomi initially wanted to invite Wataru out but couldn't, and asked Ema if she was bothered by that, but she says that she's happy to be with just Masaomi. Then another day, Ema accidentally dropped a cup and cut her finger. Masaomi saw blood and fainted, and Ema had to treat the finger by herself. When Masaomi finally woke up again, he told her about his weakness to blood and pretty much told her his backstory about why he became a doctor in the first place. The next few events come and go, and Miwa-san came to ask Masaomi to go to an omiai (a dating thing) in which he turned down the offer at the party because he liked someone already. This tortured Ema for a while. During Christmas, Masaomi asked Ema to help him at the hospital, and gave her a present at the end of the day. It turned out to be a stuffed bunny (which had a necklace at the back that she found and comforted her knowing that perhaps Masaomi loved her more than a brother???). A few more weeks pass and more event unravel, which consists of them giving each other chocolate on valentine's day and white day, and after Februrary, Ema should work her way to raising Wataru's stats as well.
Ema found out that she was actually adopted when she saw the pictures after Miwa-san and Rintaro's wedding and ran away from home. Masaomi came looking for her after he was told that she ran away and comforted her in the sweetest way possible. They went home and Rintaro told her about her actual birth parents and she forgives her father for not telling her as well as apologizing for her behaviour.
During March, Wataru helps in the kitchen and got severely hurt, Masaomi rushed over and saw the blood and immediately fainted. Deeply worried about Wataru, she slapped him so hard that he woke up and gave orders to help Wataru to the hospital, but he got hospitalized too because he exerted too much by bearing with the sight of blood. On his birthday, she gave him an alarm clock knowing that he can't get up properly (whoops) and a little while after that, he came to talk to her about seeing her as a lover and not just a brother anymore. He asked if he could be her lover and she agrees, which results in them getting married. In the ending story, everyone's making a fuss about her having Masaomi's kid, but Masaomi doesn't care~ he loves his wife and child.

And that's about it for Masaomi's route, which is super cute because Masaomi's route was so adorable. Ema kept on mentioning how kind he was to everyone and especially it was sad for him because he doesn't see her as a sister anymore. (After february, she can go to his room to talk to him, and then sleep over in his room. She can't sleep so they talk about how kind he is.) Basically, Masaomi reminds me of Ayakawa Tsukasa and Tohzuki Suzuya way too much, and his voice is extremely adorable at times, too.
